Originally from Lancashire, my journey in the industry began as an actor, training under the guidance of the renowned late David Johnson in Manchester.
I went on to gain experience working in casting, before moving into talent representation and developing a broader understanding of the industry from different perspectives.
In 2009, I founded Ward Casting, which grew into a talent agency representing actors across television, film, commercials and music videos. After years of experience spanning talent representation, personal branding and digital media. I relaunched the business as ACT Creative Agency in 2025.
Bringing together my varied experience across many different sides of the industry together. ACT Creative Agency offers a fresh, vibrant, boutique approach to talent representation and development, built around ambition, creativity and a genuine belief in talent.
