HOW WE GOT HERE

Established in 2009 by Stefanie Ward, the company started life as Ward Casting - a casting assistance service for voiceovers, music videos and TV.

Ward Casting grew pretty rapidly and soon actors started approaching Stefanie looking for advice and mentoring with their careers. This natural progression led the company to evolve into Ward Casting Agency.

Ward Casting Agency represented a small group of actors, supporting and guiding their careers, which continued over the years with great success.

A NEW CHAPTER

After a brief hiatus to raise a family and work in branding and digital marketing, Stefanie returned to the industry. Ward Casting Agency relaunched in 2025, with a new name and a new look...‘Act Creative Agency’.

Act Creative Agency represents a diverse and inclusive roster of actors, with a dedicated creative division launching soon.

We remain rooted by our original values, whilst we’re shaping a bold future - building a service that is empowering, distinctive and creatively led.

It’s the beginning of a whole new chapter for us, with (hopefully!) lots of exciting times ahead.

WHAT WE BRING

Stefanie offers decades of experience in all aspects of the industry.

She has a unique and extensive background, having worked firstly as an actor, then as a casting assistant and later as a talent agent.

Having sat in 'all three chairs', she also brings vast experience in digital media and brand awareness - giving her a truly unique perspective and wealth of knowledge to share with her actors and talent.

We only offer representation to a small selection of actors to ensure the calibre of our artists remains at the highest professional level we pride ourselves on.
